How do I find my product model?
Check the label on your product (or packaging). For displays, the display model is often printed on the back of the screen. If you can’t find it, send us a photo and we’ll help identify it.
What’s the difference between UART and CAN displays?
UART and CAN are different communication protocols between the display and controller. A manual may look similar, but the wiring/compatibility can differ. If you’re unsure, contact support with your display info label and connector photo.
Where can I download user manuals for older or discontinued products?
You can download user manuals for older or discontinued products directly from our Manuals & Downloads page. If you are unable to find your specific model, please contact our customer support with your product name, model number, and, if possible, a photo of the product label, and we will email you the correct manual.
What if the error code I see isn't listed in the manual?
Please check our comprehensive error code list on the Manuals & Downloads page first. If it's still missing, simply contact our customer support with your product model, issue description, and a photo of the display/error for quick assistance.
