Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy explains the coverage, limitations, and procedures for warranty service on Yolin products. Please read this policy carefully before submitting a warranty claim.

Warranty Coverage Overview

Yolin products are covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty ranging from 90 days to 1 year from the original date of purchase, depending on the product category.

The applicable warranty period for each product is listed on its individual product page. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Important: This warranty covers replacement parts only. Labor costs, installation fees, and third-party service charges are not covered. Replacement parts will be shipped only to the original country of purchase. 

Warranty Period by Product Category

Battery Charging Cabinets

Battery charging cabinets are covered by a limited warranty from the date of purchase. This includes a 5-year warranty on structural integrity and a 1-year warranty on serviceable parts.

Exclusions include:

  • Corrosion, paint fading, scratches, or cosmetic wear
  • Impact or drop damage
  • Non-reversible modifications
  • Consumables (e.g., smoke detector batteries, residual-current device, aerosol)

Batteries

Batteries are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Exclusions include:

  • Altered or damaged serial numbers or barcodes
  • Use of non-compatible or unauthorized chargers
  • Tampered or broken seals
  • Paint fading, scratches, or cosmetic wear

Electrical Components

Electrical components are covered for 3 months from the date of purchase.

This includes:

  • Display and LCD units
  • Motors and controllers
  • Throttle assemblies
  • Wiring harnesses
  • Lights, sensors, and chargers
  • Other...

Other Essential Components

Accessories and essential components are covered for 3 months from the date of purchase.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., brake pads, tires, cables, cosmetic scratches)
  • Accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Water damage, corrosion, or exposure to extreme environments
  • Any modification or alteration to the original product
  • Use with incompatible third-party parts or accessories
  • Products that have been resold or transferred to another user

Damaged or Incorrect Items on Arrival

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@yolintech.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the packaging and the product so we can evaluate the issue and assist you promptly.

How to Request Warranty Service

To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team at support@yolintech.com as soon as the issue is discovered.

Please include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Claims submitted without sufficient documentation may be delayed or denied.

Credit Card Chargebacks

If a purchase becomes subject to a credit card chargeback, the associated warranty will be temporarily invalidated until the chargeback is fully resolved.

Warranty Transfer

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yolin shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, or loss of property, regardless of the legal theory asserted.

This Warranty Policy applies in conjunction with Yolin’s Terms of Use and other applicable policies. Warranty coverage may vary by jurisdiction.
