Welcome to Yolin, operated by Yolin Tech, Inc. (“Yolin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Yolin’s website, mobile applications, customer support channels, retail locations, social media platforms, and any related online or offline services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, browsing, purchasing, or otherwise using the Platform and its content, products, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

Important Notice – Binding Arbitration

Section 11 (Dispute Resolution) contains a binding arbitration agreement. With limited exceptions, disputes must be resolved through arbitration rather than court proceedings. Unless you opt out, you waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

By using the Platform, you certify that you are at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized or not.

When placing an order, additional personal or payment information may be required for processing, shipping, and fraud prevention. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Purchases & Orders

The Platform allows you to purchase Yolin products and Services for personal use only, unless otherwise authorized in writing by Yolin.

Yolin reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale, commercial distribution, or that otherwise violate these Terms.

Prices, promotions, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel affected orders.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers and are subject to their respective terms. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

All purchases are governed by our Shipping Policy and Warranty & Return Policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Access or attempt to access non-public areas of the Platform or related systems
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any security or authentication measures
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the Platform
  • Copy, reproduce, sell, or resell any portion of the Platform or its content
  • Misuse Yolin trademarks, branding, or intellectual property

Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, designs, logos, trademarks, and product names— is owned or licensed by Yolin Tech, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

5. Errors, Accuracy & Availability

While we strive for accuracy, errors or omissions may occur. Yolin reserves the right to correct inaccuracies and revise or cancel orders affected by such issues.

6. Disclaimers

The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yolin disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or absolute security. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yolin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services.

Yolin’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount paid for the relevant product or service or US $10.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yolin, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or damages arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

9. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. Yolin does not control or endorse such third-party content and is not responsible for their practices.

10. Complaints & IP Infringement

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, please contact us at info@yolintech.com with:

  • Your name and organization (if applicable)
  • Contact information
  • A description of the alleged infringement
  • A statement confirming the accuracy of your report

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Yolin regarding the Platform. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Yolin may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
